Artists will be popping up in front of shops and in (closed) parking lots all along Elmwood Avenue from 11am-6pm on Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sunday. Businesses will be OPEN and many will be offering sales and specials! Look for your tried and true favorites and expect to see some new faces as well.
